The crowd immediately burst into a fervent discussion.

"That doesn't add up. Divine Doctor clearly said before that no matter what Luo Family presented, he wouldn't diagnose or treat Commander Luo."

Qisi smiled: "Remember, Third Miss suddenly returned to the Capital from Jinsha. Yet, you weren't aware of that, were you?"

These words struck a nerve with Yundong.

He had rushed back to the Capital because of Godfather's assassination, and he hadn't anticipated that something went wrong in Jinling Prefecture. Only now had he received a message detailing the discovery of a Jinlin Guards member's lifeless body. This person was responsible for monitoring Luo Sheng's activities.

"Fourth and Fifth Brother, stop arguing. Let's go out to receive Divine Doctor." Pingli took the lead to get up.

The five brothers stood at the gate and waited in silence. After a while, they spotted two carriages approaching in succession. The foremost carriage, draped in green curtains, stopped first. Luo Sheng and her sisters disembarked from this carriage one after another.

Luo Sheng headed directly to the carriage behind. As Divine Doctor Li disembarked, she slightly bent her knees. "Divine Doctor Li, this way."

Divine Doctor Li nodded composedly, disregarding Pingli and the others as he entered the Luo Mansion.
